Day 2: Panoramic Tour – Magnificent Madeira

Continue to Porto Moniz, famous for its stunning natural volcanic swimming pools and breathtaking coastal scenery. Then travel along Madeira’s magnificent northern coast, where dramatic cliffs, cascading waterfalls, deep valleys, and lush green mountains create some of the island’s most spectacular landscapes.
The journey continues to Santana, known for its iconic traditional triangular thatched houses, one of Madeira’s most recognizable symbols. Here, you will enjoy an included three-course lunch in a warm and welcoming local atmosphere, accompanied by water, wine, and coffee.
The final stop is Ribeiro Frio, a peaceful nature park surrounded by endemic vegetation and the UNESCO-listed Laurisilva Forest. Here, you will also have the opportunity to sample Madeira’s famous traditional drink, Poncha (not included).

Day 3: Eira Do Serrado & Monte Villages
Embark on an unforgettable journey through the heart of Madeira and discover the spectacular landscapes of the famous Valley of the Nuns and the charming village of Monte.
Your first stop is Pico dos Barcelos, a stunning viewpoint offering exceptional panoramic views over Funchal Bay and the island’s southwest coastline.
Continuing through Madeira’s lush green mountains, you will reach the breathtaking Eira do Serrado viewpoint. From here, enjoy magnificent views over the secluded village of Curral das Freiras (Valley of the Nuns), nestled deep within a dramatic volcanic valley surrounded by towering peaks.
The tour then continues to the picturesque village of Monte, perched high above Funchal and renowned for its historic church, beautiful gardens, and traditional atmosphere. Day 5: Paradise Valley Walk With Tea & Local Treat

As you reach the expansive rocky valley, you’ll truly feel as though you’ve stepped into paradise.
This easy, mostly flat one-hour walk takes you through beautiful landscapes filled with wildflowers, lush valleys, and opportunities to meet local residents along the way. It is the perfect excursion to reconnect with nature and experience the authentic spirit of Madeira.
After the walk, you will be warmly welcomed into the home of a local family, where a charming tea house overlooks the valley and its beautiful gardens.
