Jour 2: Marrakech
Marrakech (Breakfast and Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel, departure for a visit to the city of Marrakech, one of the important imperial cities of Morocco, We start with the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, ancient refuge of knowledge and now majestic symbol of the city. We will continue to the sumptuous Bahia Palace, built in the nineteenth century by hundreds of artisans from Fez. Continue from the Jewish quarter or Mellah through the Kissaria Square to Djmaa El Fna Square, a living museum and intangible cultural heritage of Humanity, where storytellers, snake charmers, jugglers, dancers and more, constitute an authentic court of miracles. We continue through the souk and its narrow streets full of shops, workshops and terraces to meet the guilds of carpenters, sharpeners and a Berber pharmacy of remedies and natural products mostly from argan and derivatives. Back to the square free time before lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon we recommend extra activities to complete the experience in this unique city. Overnight at the hotel
Jour 3: Rabat
Marrakech - Rabat (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will leave for the administrative capital of the country, another of the imperial cities and official residence of the royal family. Rabat is an important and beautiful city that transmits tranquility and elegance. We will have a free lunch en route. On arrival we will visit its key points such as the Tour Hassan, an unfinished mosque that stands dominating the esplanade with more than 200 columns and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, built in memory of the sultan who achieved the independence of the country and in which the royal guard, in colorful gala dress, guard the entrance to the monument on horseback. Free afternoon to walk around the medina, Kasbah of Oudayas and its promenade on the banks of the Bureares River. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Jour 4: Tangier
Rabat - Tangier (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Tangier. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and guided panoramic tour to get to know the surroundings of Tangier. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Jour 5: Tangier
Tangier (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day. We recommend visiting Chaouen, known as the blue village. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful places in the country. Its whitewashed alleys and its village life and mountain people make it unique. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Jour 6: Fez
Tangier - Volubilis - Meknes - Fez (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Fez through the Middle Atlas, First stop in Volubilis to visit its Roman ruins, the main road Decumanus Maximos, which starts at the gate of Tangier and ends at the Arc de Triomphe of Caracalla from 217 AD. It is paved and surrounded by spacious, decorated houses. Stop for free lunch en route and continue to Meknes, one of the Imperial cities that became the capital of Morocco under the reign of Moulay Ismail. We will visit its medina, its El-Hedim square and its famous Bab Al Mansour gate, probably the most beautiful in Morocco. In the afternoon arrive in Fes. Dinner and overnight.
Jour 7: Fez
Fez (Breakfast and Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the first of the imperial cities. Fez is the intellectual and religious capital of Morocco. We will start with a panoramic tour to get to know the royal palace and its 7 gates or Dar Al-Makhzen on the way to the fascinating world of the medina of Fez El Bali, the oldest and largest in Morocco a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 squares, streets and alleys that represent a labyrinthine return in time. From Bab Boujloud to Es-Seffarine Square we will take a journey through the centuries starting in the ninth to the nineteenth century, along the walk we will learn how these alleys are structured, the different constructions that make up the walls of the medina, as well as its guilds of artisans and neighborhoods such as the leather tanners or seamstresses to see their ancient ways of working. We will visit a Medersa and we will finish to the sound of the hammer of the potters working the copper as they did hundreds of years ago. Lunch in a typical restaurant and free afternoon. Jour 8: Marrakech
Fez - Casablanca - Marrakech (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. departure to Marrakech, First stop in Casablanca, economic capital of the country, Free time to have lunch on your own along its famous Corniche or visit the great Hassan II mosque in whose construction more than 3,000 artisans worked. Continuation of the trip to Marrakech. After arrival Dinner and overnight.
